Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery time & method
Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

Fulfillment & origin
We may ship your order from our global warehouses (including US and international locations) depending on stock availability. Final-mile delivery in the U.S. is handled by major carriers.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to begin updating.

Multiple items
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers to speed up delivery.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We can modify addresses within 6 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-season volumes. We’ll keep you updated if we detect any unusual delay.

Undeliverable / lost packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact the carrier first, then email us at support@sooqbo8.com with your order number. We’ll help investigate and provide a solution.
